During the event, Framework unveiled its major new release, the Framework Laptop 13 Pro, which delivers 20 hours of battery life, Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, LPCAMM2 memory, and a haptic touchpad in a refined CNC aluminum chassis. Still repairable, upgradeable, and customizable, with excellent Linux support. DeepComputing is excited to share that the DC-ROMA RISC-V Mainboard is fully compatible with the new Framework Laptop 13 Pro, further expanding the possibilities for open and upgradeable computing.


DeepComputing also showcased the upcoming DC-ROMA RISC-V Mainboard III for the Framework Laptop 13 platform, offering attendees an early preview of the next generation of modular RISC-V computing. Built for developers, engineers, and open-source enthusiasts, the new mainboard demonstrates how RISC-V continues to evolve as a powerful and practical computing platform.

The DC-ROMA RISC-V Mainboard III is powered by the SpacemiT K3 RISC-V AI SoC with RVA23 support, featuring an 8-core CPU up to 2.5GHz and up to 60 TOPS of general-purpose AI computing performance. It will ship preinstalled with Ubuntu Desktop 26.04 and support additional Linux distributions, delivering a ready-to-use developer experience.
